Enrichment Grants

From greenhouses to murals, microscopes to field trips—enrichment grants provide Vancouver district staff members with funding for innovative, inspiring classroom projects that meet curriculum requirements but are outside the district's budget. Since 1998, the Foundation has awarded more than $734,128 to 720 classroom projects throughout the district.

In 2010/2011 school year we awarded $81,128 in grants to 64 Vancouver staff members to fund their creative and innovative projects.

Grant application forms will be available on the Vancouver Public Schools staff portal for district staff.  During the 2011/2012 grant cycle only elementary and middle school staff will be eligible to apply.  The application is available September and are due back to the Foundation office mid-October.  The high school grant process will be different this year and information will be forth coming to district high school staff in September.
